UX Copy Design
Though the majority of my work is proprietary, I do have a handful of UX samples to share since it is customer-facing and marketing-focused.
Note: Each business has its own style guide and needs so I have to work within their perimeters.
Citizen’s Website Banner
Goal: For the Home page and Account Summary page, the goal was to create a modern/professional message advertising app benefits to entice customers to download the new Citizens mobile app.
Product Owners wanted to keep the content short and sweet and a UX Designer made the design. Using “You” and “I” in content is part of Citizen’s voice/style.
Citizen’s More Info
Goal: For the Account Summary page, the goal was to inform customers of their depositing capability for submitting checks and the amount accepted per day/month should they select the “i” icon.
To break up the text, it was my suggestion to replace the paragraph format into two separate sections. Additionally, suggested to bold the days so the user can find the info they need faster.
Citizen’s Mobile Error Messages

Process Design
Process design is where the majority of my career samples lie. As mentioned earlier, this is where the proprietary label hits hardest.
Therefore, to display my capabilities in the following samples - though on a significantly smaller scale - I have stripped all propriety info and altered the samples so you can’t identify who it was for or what system.
Words in italics is information striped due to proprietary information.
Manage and Filter Pending Payments
To manage and filter pending payments:
In the System on the Misc screen, the Specialist selects the Awaiting Approvals tab.
Under Section A, approvals should auto-populate. Are there at least four approvals to release payments?
Yes: Go to the next step.
No: Contact the client to retrieve the remaining documentation.
In the Viewing menu, select the applicable filter, then click OK.
Review the results in the pop-up screen, and then mark the checkbox beside the applicable client.
Note: If you need to see payment details, select the Information icon.
Either select Approve to create the payment or select Reject to cancel the payment.
Modify a Submitted File
To modify a file submitted already submitted:
On the System’s homepage, go to the menu to select the Documents tab, and then review Section B. Do you see the document you need to modify?
Yes: Go to the next step.
No: It takes three business days for a submitted document to display. If it still doesn’t display after three days, contact your manager.
Is the Edit icon greyed out?
Yes: Go to the next step.
No: Skip to step 4.
Sometimes the document needs to be approved before you can edit it. Select the Information icon, and then review the Workflow section. Is the Approval Workflow icon selected?
Yes: Select Remind Approver. Once the approver signs off, you can select the Edit icon, and then go to the next step.
No: The document is not available for modifications. Contact your system admin or your manager to escalate.
A pop-up will display the working file. Make your updates, and then select Save.
